Simplified Moves provides professional packing, organisation, and move support services.
We help you prepare for moving day with structure, clarity, and calm, from planning and packing through to styling and setup in your new home.
We don’t move the boxes, we make sure they make sense on the other end. 

Yes. While packing is our specialty, we also offer unpacking and home setup sessions to help you settle quickly and avoid living in a sea of boxes.

We can recommend or supply professional-quality materials such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and labels.
You’re also welcome to provide your own.
Any materials supplied by Simplified Moves are charged separately unless otherwise stated in your booking. 

We’re based in Geelong, servicing the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, and surrounding regions.

Simplified Moves focuses on professional packing and organisation, not the removalist's job. We don’t transport or move furniture, but we coordinate seamlessly with removalists to make sure everything runs smoothly on moving day. an answer to this item.

At Simplified Moves, we don’t just organise boxes we organise lives in transition. Our approach combines professional packing expertise, interior design insight, and strategic move management to remove stress and bring order to the moving process from start to finish.

While most services focus only on logistics, we focus on clarity, flow, and calm. We translate the emotional and physical chaos of moving into a structured, streamlined plan - whether that means creating a room-by-room packing strategy, coordinating with removalists, or advising on how to style and functionally set up your new space.

Every consultation is personalised. We look at your timeline, lifestyle, and emotional load, not just suggest "you better get more boxes."  The result is always a plan that saves you time, energy, and overwhelm while helping you move with confidence and ease.

It depends on the size of your home and how full your cupboards and drawers .
As a guide but not a promise:

• A 1-bedroom home may take 4-5 hours
• A 3-bedroom home may take 6–8 hours

You can always add more time if needed. We’ll discuss the best plan during your consultation. And please make note, medium to large kitchens do take extra hours.

We recommend being available at least for the first part of your session so we can discuss your goals and preferences.
After that, you can relax or run errands while we get everything sorted.  All Simplified Moves staff have current police checks and working with children's checks.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit, as that time is reserved exclusively for you.
